We can never forget the Kashmir issue – KCEU’s Chair Ali Raza Syed

Brussels:(Aman News INT) Chairman of Kashmir Council Europe (KCEU), Ali Raza Syed, has stated that the Kashmir issue is a globally recognized matter, and we can never forget this issue.In a statement issued in the context of the current situation in the region, particularly the grave war environment in the Middle East, he said that the world must never ignore the rights of Kashmiris and the Kashmir issue.

He urged Kashmiri leaders to remain fully dedicated to highlighting the Kashmir issue on the global stage. Kashmiri personalities living in Europe and Western countries, in particular, must unite and work seriously on the Kashmir issue.

The Chair of Kashmir Council EU emphasized that “instead of getting entangled in other global issues, we must concentrate all our energies on finding a peaceful solution to the Kashmir issue.”

Speaking on behalf of the Kashmiri people’s sentiments, he said that Kashmiris themselves are oppressed, which is why they understand the plight of other oppressed people around the world and support every oppressed community.

He stated that India continues its oppression against Kashmiris, and the people of occupied Kashmir are deprived of all forms of freedom, but despite these atrocities, they will never abandon their right to self-determination.

Chairman of Kashmir Council Europe, Ali Raza Syed, further added, “We want peace to prevail in the world and for all issues to be resolved through peaceful means.” Wars and bloodshed are not solutions to problems; issues should be resolved through peaceful methods.

In conclusion, he appealed to the international community to play its constructive role in ensuring a peaceful resolution to the Kashmir issue, as the establishment of peace in Kashmir is essential for the progress and prosperity of the entire South Asian region.
